1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all online and classroom-based courses provided by Portobello Aesthetics Training Academy Limited (company number 14241299), Unit 8, 73 St Charles Square, London, W10 6EJ. You can contact us at info@portobelloaestheticstrainingacademy.co.uk.

2. The Courses
Course descriptions, schedules and fees are published on our website or provided at the time of booking. We will deliver all courses with reasonable care and skill. Completion of a course does not guarantee qualification, certification, employment or commercial success.

3. Entry Requirements
Some courses have prerequisites. By enrolling, students confirm they meet these requirements. If it is later identified that prerequisites are not met, we reserve the right to refuse access to the course. Fees paid may be forfeited.

4. Fees & Payment
Course fees are payable in full or by approved payment plans. Deposits are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by us. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to course commencement. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal from the course.

5. Cooling-Off Period
For online and distance purchases, students have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking, in line with consumer legislation. This right is lost once digital content is accessed or classroom training has commenced, provided the student has agreed to this at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Course fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a course is cancelled by us. If a course is cancelled, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for personal circumstances such as illness, work commitments, travel disruption or visa issues.

7. Course Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, schedules or tutors where necessary. Where significant changes are required, students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Attendance & Conduct
Students must attend all required training sessions and maintain professional conduct at all times. A minimum attendance of 85% is required to achieve certification. Misconduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

9. Health, Safety & Dress Code
Students must disclose relevant medical conditions or learning needs prior to enrolment. Appropriate uniform, hygiene and professional standards must be maintained at all times.

10. Assessments & Certification
Assessment and examination fees may apply. Retakes and refresher training may incur additional charges. Certificates will only be issued once all assessments and fees are completed.

11. Photography & Media
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during training. These will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes where separate written consent has been provided.

12. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the course fees paid, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including illness, adverse weather, government action or transport disruption.

14. Complaints
Any complaints should be submitted in writing to info@portobelloaestheticstrainingacademy.co.uk. We will aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
